3. User Responsibilities & Data

Your workout history, streaks, water intake records, and custom settings are stored locally on your device to ensure complete privacy. You are solely responsible for keeping your device software updated to ensure maximum app stability, backup configurations, and compatibility.

4. Intellectual Property

The application itself, including all artwork, exercise plans, customized layouts, source code, visual components, branding identifiers, and trademark rights associated with Breast Booster Workout, belongs exclusively to us. Your use of the app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the service for personal fitness.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
